The idea and level of planning that goes into preparing to move is a daunting task in itself. Emotions can and will begin to brew like a large hot pot of coffee in your kitchen. You will be sorting through a lifetimes worth of belongings and making sure every T is crossed and all I's are dotted. The very essence that this could be your family's last year in your home can trigger a neutral expression at first thought and this is just the beginning. In the end, what you do to de-stress is critical for your mind, body, and soul.
